Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the RoamPaw website and any order you place with us.

Orders and pricing

Product details, pricing and availability on this website are supplied live by our store. Prices are confirmed at checkout before you pay, and your order is completed through Shopify's secure checkout.

Shipping

Our range is sourced from more than one supplier, so items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. See our Shipping page for details.

Returns

Returns are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law — see our Returns page for how to start one.
