If something is not right with your order, contact us first — we will always work with you to sort it out.
Your rights
Our returns are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Starting a return
Email hello@roampaw.com.au with your order number and a quick note about the issue, and we will reply with the next steps for the product you ordered.
Because our range ships from more than one supplier, where a return is needed we will confirm the correct return address for your specific item — please contact us before posting anything back.
